AquaOutfitters Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.  Before use, please examine your merchandise carefully for any shipping inaccuracies or manufacturing defects. Aqua Outfitters will replace any such merchandise within 14 days from the date we receive your damaged merchandise. Defective items are replaced at no extra charge. Incorrect shipping or defective merchandise MUST be reported to us within one (1) week.

If you wish to exchange merchandise, New, unused products may be returned within 15 days of shipment and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item to cover our return shipping cost.   Please enclose a copy of your receipt.

Returned goods must be in ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition.  WORN or LAUNDERED items cannot be exchanged.

CUSTOM ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Custom items include any and all items that have been embroidered or silk screened with an organizations name, team name or swimmer/athlete name.

All returns are subject to approval before refunds or exchanges will be made. All returns are the responsibility of the customer; therefore, protect yourself against loss of returns by sending Insured Mail or lnsured UPS.
Please allow three weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. Allow two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for item(s) returned.

Any credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e., a purchase that was put on a credit card will be credited to that same card number).
